The Adjustable Posture Support is a figure-of-eight strap that passes over both shoulders and buckles between the blades. Pull the front tabs and it draws the shoulders back; loosen them and it sits light. Four sizes cover chests from 76 to 125cm, and because it adjusts at the front you can set it without a mirror.

Be clear about what this is. It is a physical reminder while you are wearing it, not a fix, and nothing changes on its own once it comes off. Most people wear it for 20 to 30 minutes at a desk and build up from there. Breathable mesh, 180g. In the box: the support and a size guide.
