Orders & pricing

All prices include VAT. An order is accepted when we dispatch; we may cancel and refund orders placed at mistaken prices.

Delivery

Free UK mainland delivery over £40 (£4.95 under), 2–3 working days. Europe £29.95, rest of world £59.95. Import duties and taxes outside the UK are the customer’s responsibility. Risk passes to you on delivery.

30-day returns

Return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be complete and in resalable condition; we collect free of charge. Refunds within 5 working days of collection.

Returns

30 days from delivery to return an item. Supplements, drinks and food must be unopened with the seal intact — under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 sealed goods are exempt from the cooling-off right once unsealed for health and hygiene reasons. Activewear must be unworn, unwashed and tagged. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover return postage and replace or refund.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label and use as directed.

Governing law
