All prices include VAT. An order is accepted when we dispatch; we may cancel and refund orders placed at mistaken prices.

Delivery

Free UK mainland delivery over £100 (£4.95 under). Standard 2–3 working days; large items 2–5 days on a booked 2-man service. Risk passes to you on delivery.

30-day home trial

Return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be complete and in resalable condition; we collect free of charge. Refunds within 5 working days of collection.

Warranty

2 years parts and motor on machines; 6 months on wear items. Warranty is void if equipment is used commercially or modified.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Equipment must be assembled and used per the supplied manual.

Governing law

England & Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England & Wales.
