The Infrared Sauna Blanket wraps you in far-infrared heat — the same deep, dry warmth as a cabin sauna, without the cabin. Six independent zones let you run shoulders hotter and legs cooler, anywhere from a gentle 30°C glow to a full 80°C sweat.
Sessions run 5–60 minutes on the built-in timer, then the blanket folds flat and slides into its carry bag. In the box: the blanket, digital controller, carry bag and manual. Add a towel, queue a podcast, sweat it out.
