One Classic English Breakfast wrap at 31g of protein and 412 calories, and one Chicken Tikka wrap at 29g of protein and 386 calories. Both are built on a tortilla made with added wheat protein and both come in a crisping sleeve. Two minutes at 800W, or six minutes at 180°C in an oven for a firmer wrap.
Between them they contain wheat, egg, milk and soy. Keep below 5°C, eat within two days of opening and do not reheat twice. Wraps land with at least eight days on the date. We stock GSN rather than cook it, and everything ships chilled from our unit in Slough with ice packs.
