Four 400g Signature Meals, three protein wraps and five 160g chicken pouches, which is twelve items and roughly a week of lunches and dinners. Protein runs from 27g in a chicken pouch to 38g in the heavier trays. Meals and wraps take two to three minutes in a microwave; the chicken pouches take ninety seconds.

Allergens across the box cover milk, mustard, wheat, egg, soy, sesame and celery, so read each sleeve before eating. Everything ships chilled below 5°C in a single insulated carton from our Slough unit. Wellfit Living stocks GSN; the selection follows whatever GSN have in production that week.
