The Flow fabric is 72% nylon and 28% elastane at 200gsm, brushed on the inside so it feels soft against the skin. It is lighter than the 250gsm seamless knit and stretches more freely, which suits yoga, pilates and steady cardio. The leggings are high-rise with a 66cm inseam and a flat 12cm waistband.
The bra is longline, ending just under the ribs, with removable moulded cups and a racer back. Powder blue is a pale shade, so treat these as light-training rather than heavy-squat leggings. Machine wash at 30°C and dry flat. We stock Myprotein and ship from our Slough unit.
