The Doorway Pull-Up Bar Pro holds itself up with leverage, not screws. Your bodyweight pushes the upper arm into the wall above the frame, so the harder you pull the tighter it sits. Nothing is drilled, nothing is marked, and it comes down in seconds when you want the door back.
Three grip positions cover wide, narrow and neutral, and the bar doubles as a dip station or a foot anchor for sit-ups on the floor. Rated to 150kg with 32mm steel tube and high-density foam. In the box: the bar, foam wall pads, grips and the manual. One minute to fit.
