Europe £29.95, 3–7 working days. Rest of world £59.95, 7–14 working days. Duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns
30 DAYS. TO SEND IT BACK.
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery. Supplements and food must be unopened with the seal intact — once a tub or a wrap is opened we cannot resell it, so we cannot take it back. Activewear must be unworn and unwashed with the tags on. Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay the return postage and put it right. This is on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them.

Post it to the Slough address with your order number inside. You cover the postage unless the item was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — then we do.

UK orders arrive in 2–3 working days, tracked. Order by 2pm on a working day and it is dispatched the same day. Europe is 3–7 working days, rest of world 7–14.
On every order over £40, anywhere on the UK mainland. Under £40 it's a flat £4.95. No surprises at checkout.
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and post the item back. Supplements and food must be unopened and sealed; activewear must be unworn with tags attached. Refund within 5 working days of us receiving it. You cover return postage unless the item was faulty, damaged or wrong.
No. Once the seal on a supplement, drink or food product is broken we cannot resell it, so it is exempt from the usual cooling-off right on hygiene grounds. If a sealed product is faulty, past its best-before date on arrival or damaged in transit, that is different — send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
By direct bank transfer. Place your order and we email the account details with your confirmation. We dispatch as soon as the payment clears, usually the next working day. Card payment is coming shortly.
