A 12g serving of DOPE contains 6g of citrulline malate, 1.6g of beta-alanine, 500mg of L-tyrosine, 500mg of taurine and 200mg of caffeine from anhydrous caffeine. The 360g tub holds 30 servings. Bulk recommend one serving in 300ml of cold water. Beta-alanine at this dose commonly causes a tingling sensation on the skin.
Blue raspberry, sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame K. Contains caffeine at 200mg per serving; not recommended for children or pregnant women.
