Each tablet holds 100 micrograms of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, which is 4000 international units and 2000% of the Nutrient Reference Value. The tablets are 7mm across, uncoated and unflavoured, with microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate as the carriers. One tablet a day, swallowed with water, gives 180 days from the tub.
The D3 is derived from lanolin, so these suit vegetarians but not vegans. No declared allergens. Do not exceed one tablet a day and keep them out of reach of children. Wellfit Living is a Bulk stockist: we hold sealed tubs at our Slough unit and post them the same working day where we can.
