The Mini Stepper gives you a steady, low-impact climb in about a third of a square metre. Twin hydraulic cylinders take the load, and the twist motion brings in the hips and obliques rather than just hammering the quads. Step height adjusts through three settings for a shorter or deeper climb.
Clip on the resistance bands and the arms get a workout too. The LCD monitor counts steps, time and calories, and the non-slip pedals are wide enough for a size 12. In the box: the stepper, two resistance bands, the LCD monitor and a manual. No assembly required.
