The Olympic Barbell 20kg is built to the standard sizes: 2200mm long, a 28mm shaft and 50mm rotating sleeves. Eight needle bearings keep the sleeves spinning cleanly through cleans and snatches, and the 190,000 PSI tensile steel gives it whip without taking a set after heavy use.

Dual knurl marks cover both powerlifting and weightlifting grips, with a medium-depth knurl that holds without shredding your hands. Hard chrome shaft and sleeves handle a damp garage. Rated to 700kg static. In the box: the bar and two spring collars. Wipe it down monthly and it will outlast the house.
