One hundred kilos across four pairs: 5, 10, 15 and 20kg, all at the standard 450mm diameter so the bar sits at the right height from your first working set. Virgin rubber keeps the bounce low and the smell down, which matters when the gym is attached to the house.

Each plate has a stainless steel 50mm insert bonded through the middle, so the bore stays round after a few hundred drops. Weights are stamped and colour-coded so you can load by eye. In the box: eight plates, 100kg in total. Bar and collars are sold separately.
