The EZ Curl Bar is 120cm of chrome-finished steel with a 45-degree camber, which puts the wrists in a half-turn instead of flat. If straight-bar curls leave your wrists sore, this is usually the fix. The bar weighs 10kg on its own, so count it in when you are logging your numbers.

Sleeves are 50mm and rotate on bushings, so they take the same bumper and iron plates as a standard Olympic barbell. Dual knurling covers both the narrow and the wide grip positions. Rated to 180kg, which is well past what anyone curls. In the box: the bar and two spring collars. Nothing to assemble.
