Air Compression Recovery Boots inflate in sequence from ankle to hip, squeezing tired legs the way a physio would if they had four hands and infinite patience. Six pressure levels run from a light 30 mmHg flush to a firm 240 mmHg squeeze, with four modes covering wave, pulse, sequential and full-leg hold.
Most people run a 20-minute session after a long run or a leg day and report less heaviness the next morning. The control unit is rechargeable and clips to the boot, so there is no cable to the wall. In the box: two boots, control unit, charger, extension zips and a carry bag.
