The Portable Ice Bath Tub gives you cold-water immersion without a plumber. Three insulated layers hold temperature far longer than a bin or a paddling pool, and the drop-stitch base keeps you off cold ground. Filled to 320 litres it takes most adults to shoulder depth sitting down.
Start at two minutes and build up. Cold immersion is used for circulation and perceived soreness after training — how cold and how long is up to you. The lid keeps leaves out and cold in, and the drain valve empties it onto the lawn. In the box: tub, lid, hand pump, drain hose and repair kit.
