The Vibro Studio Pro runs three motions rather than one: oscillation through the hips, vertical pulse through the legs, and a combined 3D setting that mixes both. A 600W drive holds its set speed under a 200kg load, so it does not sag halfway through a set when a heavier user steps on. Frequency runs 5 to 40 Hz.
The deck is 90cm wide, which is enough for a squat stance or press-ups with your hands on the platform. The console is a touch panel at deck level and there is a remote for when you are mid-set. It is 38kg, so decide where it lives before you unbox it. In the box: plate, remote, two bands, floor mat, manual.
