BCAA 2:1:1 Recovery is the classic ratio: 3.5g leucine to 1.75g each of isoleucine and valine, totalling 7g of branched-chain amino acids per 8g serving. We have added sodium, potassium and magnesium so it works as an intra-workout drink rather than just a flavoured powder to sip between sets.
