The Red Light Therapy Panel runs 120 dual-chip LEDs, each carrying both 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared. Red light stays near the surface, near-infrared travels a little further into tissue. Most people use it for ten minutes at around thirty centimetres, on the areas that feel worked after training.

We keep the claims simple: customers use it as part of a wind-down and recovery routine, and it is a pleasant ten minutes. The panel hangs on a door with the supplied hook or stands on a desk. In the box: panel, door mount, desk stand, power lead, goggles and manual.
